Excel commitment is “No compromise on Quality” We follow standards as per AAMT guidelines at 98% plus. All documents are transcribed by strictly following the standards provided by the doctors. Any discrepancy is highlighted and brought to the attention of the dictator. Correct use of grammar, format and contents are diligently applied. Latest editions of dictionaries along with our in-house dictionaries are used. Reports are transcribed to accurately reflect the dictator’s predictable meaning. Teams have been fixed for each doctor in order to keep the consistency. Dedicated and specialized man-power always stand-by in case of EXTRA volume or STAT work. Three layers of quality control are in place. Proof reading is done by specialized doctors.
